Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Media digital menawarkan berbagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun, di sisi lain, pemanfaatan media digital juga menimbulkan tantangan dan gangguan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengekspolarsi pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran, menimbang antara manfaat dan gangguan yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media digital dapat menjadi solusi efektif jika digunakan secara bijaksana, namun juga berpotensi menjadi gangguan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Artikel ini menyimpulkan perlunya pendekatan yang seimbang dan strategi yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan manfaat media digital sambil meminimalkan dampak negatifnya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan lima komponen penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memaksimalkan manfaat media digital serta meminimalkan dampak negatif media digital pada proses pembelajaran yaitu Sistem pembelajaran yang difasilitasi, Pelatihan Keterampilan digital, Kesesuaikan penggunaan media digital dengan tingkat pertumbuhan dan pekembangan siswa, Kolaborasi berbagai pihak dan Praktik sukses dari model sekolah waldorf.
